Registration:

Registration is on Friday 9/2 from 5:00pm-8:00pm. This will take place at the Devens Center located in the parking lot off of Sherman Avenue at Rogers's field complex. If you cannot make Friday night registration, please plan on arriving 45 minutes before your first game and come to the registration headquarters. We don't need the entire team for registration, just one person with the following info:

Registration requirements:

1) Approved Roster - we will keep a copy of your roster
2) Passcards or birth certificates for each player participating.
3) Medical release form - there is no tournament form; please use your club form.
We will only be checking that you have these. We won't be keeping a copy of them.
4) Permission to travel - for out of state teams.
None of these materials will be checked by referees before games. We suggest you have them on hand in the rare case we have a discrepancy or medical emergency.
