The program is designed to help goalkeepers improve basic soccer goalkeeping techniques and tactics. Goalkeeping techniques and footwork are focused on the mechanics of catching the ball Catching is important, since sloppy catching technique can allow the ball to slip through the hands and into the net. Proper positioning allows the keeper to cover the largest portion of the goal and and haveconfidence with the ball.

12:30 to 2:00PM
Cost: Free for AC Milan players
$145 for non AC Milan players
